Following the fantastic turnout and positive feedback from last year, we’re delighted to have arranged a relaxed and informal evening for attendees to connect ahead of the conference.
Join us for an informal evening of conversation and connection — a perfect opportunity to meet, mingle, and connect with fellow attendees ahead of the main event.
📍 Pre-Conference Drinks Details
Venue: Pitcher & Piano, Brindleyplace, Birmingham
Date & Time: Wednesday 18th June 2025, 7.00 p.m. – 9.00 p.m.
Purpose: A warm and welcoming opportunity to meet, mingle, and get to know colleagues from across the PROMs community before the conference begins.
Directions: Walking route from Birmingham New Street Station (approx. 15 minutes)

*Please note that this is an informal gathering, and while we’d love you to join us, any food or drinks will be at your own discretion. If you’d like to order food, the kitchen will be open until 9.00 p.m.
